Dr Rusche and his medical staff are phenomenal in showing care and concern for me as a patient with multiple issues, even after more than 6 years. Where many others simply try to throw random pharmaceuticals at you, Dr Rusche is very particular and selective in investigating only what is truly needed. He listens to my concerns and takes my words to heart. It's truly refreshing to feel like I am being heard and that my treatment is a team effort.

My name is Michelle Natalie. Everyone at Monroe Medical Group are an amazing group of Dr.'s. I recommend them to my family and friends. I have had nothing but an overall great experience with Marta Heshelman as my NP. I have a family member who is now a patient of 2 other Dr.'s there as well. My recent ER visit was amazing as well. In and out in about 2 hours

Today was my second visit to this office a.d Dr. Ruche. The office is nice and very clean. The staff are all very kind and considerate. Dr. Ruche I can tell you is very through. I think they must have done at least ten or more blood test last time. I left feeling the same as I did last appointment. I really like Dr Ruche. Dr. Ruched is a very kind and wonderful man. He is very considerate of the patients feelings. He is not going to force you into taking any medicine you do not want to take. This was first visit. I definitely felt very confident and comfortable talking to him. I Totally trust him.

Monroe Hospital has a lot of good staff there my my nurse practitioner Theresa she is so very great. She is very kind. She is loving to all of her clients and I most of all love seeing her every time I get to see her and also all of her nurses are so very nice too so if you guys gotta go to a good hospital for choice, I would recommend Monroe

I was able to see an Orthopaedic Specialist the day I called in. Dr.Varhan as well as all the staff were very professional and knowledgeable. There was no waiting at admission, the waiting room or the examination room. In spite of my injury my visit was a positive one. I felt much better both physically and mentally when I left than when I entered.

My experience for my first mammogram was great. My tech was very informative and kept me at ease. The new machine is amazing that they have. I would definitely recommend Monroe Hospital to anyone.

Even though acute appendicitis is what landed me at Monroe Hospital, I can say that my experience there was one of excellent care and support. Doctor Matthew is a wonderful surgeon and has great bedside manners. And all of the staff was exceptional as well. Thank you Monroe Hospital for making my stay nothing short of extraordinary and almost pleasant. Lol.

Theresa Woodard NP has always been great. She takes the time to listen to you and goes over all options with you and doesn't rush you in and out like some other practitioners do. She treats you like a human being and she truly cares about others. I was seeing Dr. Schmalz but when she started working with him I started seeing her because I liked the idea of a female it just made me more comfortable. I have not regretted the switch and I am so thankful for her. Holly the receptionist is a joy to see and is the sweetest too. Everytime I walk in for an appointment Holly is there with a smile on her face greeting you. I don't know all of the nurses by name but they are all fantastic and so sweet, Lorraine is one that I have known for years and I love her! She is a joy to talk to and has a great sense of humor ❤️. I haven't seen her the last couple of visits though. I hope she didn't retire yet 😪

Highly recommend. Was out in less than 2 hours. Dr Seall was very informative and thorough. From front desk staff, nursing staff, x-ray techs, etc., bedside manner was incredible. My nurse/PA was phenomenal as well as the doctor. Both were incredibly empathetic, took time to actively listen, and explained the treatment plan well. Walked out with my prescriptions and confidence in the care and treatment received. Will be going here for any future incidents.

While I have not experienced the Monroe Hospital, I have plenty of great experiences next door while seeing my RA provider Dr. William Rusche. I have been patient of his since way back over off 2nd st office up to today and the future! Dr. Rusche is top notch in patient care and listening the each concern to get the whole picture prior to creating the plan. That's not often found in my experience. I have seen many other rheumatologist in Southern Indiana and still love working with Dr. Rusche. He takes his time and ask my permission to touch and checkout my body, very respectful. His office staff is amazing too and so helpful while navigating insurance and PAs and working with the medication manufacturer for assistance. 5 Stars, definitely recommended!
